The Creation of a Chandelier

This project presents the 3D visualization of a chandelier designed for the luxurious lobby of Arloparc, a prestigious development in Manhattan, managed by S20M.

Inspired by the iconic ginkgo biloba leaf, commonly found in nearby Central Park, the chandelier combines organic elegance with contemporary craftsmanship.

The design process began with a careful study of the ginkgo leaf's natural form. The shape was digitally refined, simplified, and modeled in three dimensions before being rendered into the looping video showcased here. This detailed digital visualization serves as the foundational reference for the project.

Building upon this concept, skilled Murano glass artisans meticulously transformed the design into reality. Using high-quality glass, they replicated the form and colors of the ginkgo leaf rendered, capturing its delicate beauty and intricate textures.
