The core challenge of this visualization project was to translate the inherent rigor of a security and housing hub into a permeable, living urban space for a design competition. My role was to transform complex technical volumes into an accessible visual language, helping the architects communicate the seamless integration between the barracks and the residential village.
The architectural design is defined by a strict, rationalist grid, which is emphasized through a precise study of materiality and depth. By using a cinematic approach to lighting highlighting the contrast between the solid administrative blocks and the soft greenery the renderings move beyond technical representation to tell a story of a modern civic campus. The final imagery balances the institutional solemnity required for the competition with a vibrant sense of community and openness.
